About
Hi, I'm Julia

Like everyone, I have my own story– some key characters and plot points along the way have clearly guided me toward the therapist’s seat. In this role, I show up with humility, curiosity, and compassion. People come into my office from all walks of life and I see them invest in themselves and their relationships to create change. The path looks different for everyone and I'm humbled by the opportunity to witness evolution in my clients through the alchemical process we build and experience together. In a world where it’s feeling increasingly tempting to lean into the negative, I love that I work alongside people committed to being fuller, more authentic versions of themselves. My clients– the questions they grapple with, the struggles, the triumphs, their persistence– continually buoy me and not a day goes by that I don’t feel deeply privileged to do this work.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my children and partner, writing, playing tennis, hiking, reading, baking, or trying something new.
